I think it doesn't make any difference. Based on your example, I'll go for the domain name without hyphen but of course there is always an exception. Example, my keywords are "best" and "top10" and if I'm going to construct my domain name like this -> "besttopten.com"... it will looks quite confusing because of the double "t" but if I'm going to put it this way -> "best-top10.com" personally, it looks good for me and I can remember it easily.
