Any site that asks for your social security number will use it to report the income to the IRS. Therefore, if you do not pay taxes on that money expect to pay fines and interest for not reporting the income. The fines and interest will likely be about double what you would have originally had to pay, in addition to the original amount owed.

As far as not being 18, I don't think it would matter to anyone except the company. IOW - not against the law to tell them any age you want to tell them. But if they find out, they could use it to suspend residual payments (if any).
