Simply change your website template's links to point at your landing pages with the anchor text if you want to target. e.g. figure out what your best keywords and phrases are, and in your website template make links to landing pages with that particular keyword or phrase.

You can optionally nofollow any links to pages you don't want people landing on. e.g. privacy, terms and conditions, etc.

I don't believe it will materially affect the overall volume of web traffic, but the web traffic you do get will be much more targeted towards your keywords and will end up on the pages YOU want.

It's very easy to do, white hat, and it works!
