I've read your FAQ and I have a few questions:
1. Where is your company located (Your main office)? You have phone numbers listed for Buenos Aires, Barcelona, Mexico, and Miami.
2. What kind of CPM rates are you currently producing for publishers, after the 20% signup increase?
3. What is the percentage split?
4. What kind of inventory fill rates are you producing, network-wide?
5. Do you have an option for 'default creatives'? A place a publisher can put alternate code that will serve when you don't have an ad available.
6. Can the publisher set a minimum CPM rate?
