The top one I don`t like really much, its the combination of the font and the color.
The bottom one is much better. Like the color although it`s a bit to much to use it as background. I like the style of the backgrounds though. With both headers I don`t like those people on the side.. I would like a more abstract style.
Hope I didn`t had to much critisism. ;-)
