Your host seems to have enabled the option where people cannot add addon or parked domains unless the domains are resolving to the server. In your case the domain oliverdemusical.be does not seem to be using any valid nameservers and hence your server is not adding the domain. There are two options in this case:
1) make sure domain oliverdemusical.be is using the correct nameservers at domain registrar end
OR
2) contact your hosting companies support to have oliverdemusical.be manually added as addon or parked domain using their access.
