Domain: Must be either .com/.net/.org/.info/.biz
History of the website: Must be MORE THAN 6 months.
Condition: All pages has been indexed by major search engine
Restriction: Only content based site, no porn, gambling, forums, proxy, games, arcade, script based website, image/file hosting
Traffic: Not specific
