First off, when submitting
PR's and Articles..Try not to overuse keyword for your keyword site benefits...just be contented with the resources(as your backlink benefit). Just present it how it is...if a keyword in the content is really necessary to use, then go for it..only if using the keyword would make more sense and value to the thought that needed to be reached out to the reader..
just dont overkill your content.. robots are highly intelligent...
