How should I register my next domain name?

I'm begining a new project that I will be using keyword descriptive domain names.

I've done the registrar search and many different domain names are available.

In the past I chosen keyword descriptive domain names with hyphens for the most part b/c other simular domain names where already registered. But I've also have found the hyphens help break up your keywords and assit with the anchor, and in return I have had successful SER with domains with hyphens.

This new project I both keyword and hyphen domain names are available.

These domains are only being used as an example
Webmaster-Link-Exchange.com
&
WebmasterLinkExchange.com
Should I get both name types? or should I get one or the other?

If I get both how should I go about marketing and hosting? Which should be the primary site title?
or should I use one as a doorway page for the other site?
I know that SE don't like multiple domains with same content so I'm just wondering what is the best way to tackle this issue.

Thanks so much in Advance...
