I compared capabilities but you identified several things that I didn't consider at the time I picked a host, e.g. shared IP, and skill of personnel. I'm not sure how you determine the skill of their personnel or if the host has black listed IPs. As for feedback from users, i.e. customer reviews, It appears to me that more people submit a review if they had a problem than if everything is going well.
