The first twenty I have seen and the majority utilized. I don't really agree with 26 I mean making your nav all no follow would cut down on the popularity of sub pages therefore reducing your possible landing pages with the search engines. Personally I think that every page should be valued just as much as the index and treated as such. I really like 27 and 28 though I feel these should not be done until you have the majority of SEO already accomplished for your site and you are just looking to gain a little extra edge.
