Doing offers like this one will only make your previous buyers think you are scamming them. You might look into making discounts with coupon codes that will allow a lower price in which by only giving out to forums such as this one.
IDEA: Have the users here on v7n send you a PM for the coupon that they can use as a ONE TIME for their purchase in your directory. Each submitter will have his or her own random code so they don't go passing it around. This allows higher submissions (more money and popularity for you) and people enjoying great offers if your directory provides quality links in your niche as well as traffic which is vital if people want to buy a position in your directory.
