I don't really believe in unlimited anything, but I'm along the same lines as what Kevin said and Doug.
I like to have support when I need it, a ticket system works but live support is best
I like to have 99.99% uptime, fast hardware and the option to setup the latest versions of all my applications as well as a past reviews. I like my hosting company to of been around for a while as well.
