Either you are looking at an old version of the design or this brings up a point about colours on web pages:

-Each browser and operating system will render their interpretation of the colours chosen differently.
-If the user has not adjusted the Gamma settings of their monitor, then your chosen colour may not be presented as intended.
-There are what are browser safe colours. These are colours that are supposed to render the same in each browser. With the advent of browsers and monitors, some would argue that this list is out dated.
-There are named colours which are supported by all browsers.
