I find the tag-line at the top of the page to be odd. If I wasn't actually trying to review the site I would likely overlook that and figure unconsciously that it's some sort of disclaimer or something. You already have the logo below that, so no need to restate the company name. Could incorporate the actual tag-line below the logo somehow. Also, "Local and Commercial" is odd wording. Do you mean residential and commercial? "Local" doesn't entail anything in particular. Unless there's a slightly different geographical interpretation of the word (I'm in the US). Other than that, only a few small things:
-It does seem a bit piled in on itself, a little more spacing could clean up the appearance
-The font is small, may consider moving up a notch in size
-This is really picky and probably irrelevant but I'm a bit obsessive with consistency thus I notice that some boxes are squared at the edges while others are rounded at the edges. Squaring them all could add to consistency, but again, that is picky on my part
