This site does well with traffic. It is a great opportunity for someone with more time to add more walkthroughs. If you look through the traffic logs, you will see that way back when these walkthroughs were recent the site got considerably more traffic. It is getting 25-40 unique visitors per day right now, however I saw much greater numbers when I had current game walkthroughs on there. All of the walkthroughs are unique. There are other walkthroughs for the games, but these were hand written, not copy and pasted. I did some link building and even posting a link to the walkthrough of certain games as comments on game sites and such, which is something the buyer can probably do to any new walkthroughs they add. The design is a free template.
Thats about it. No promised traffic or revenue, however there is traffic to it (see the traffic link).
