Put a link in the first line of the video description. So its visible while people are watching the video.
Then, under the video there is a Statistics & Data drop down menu that will show the top 5 linking sites. So make sure the video is embedded into your blog or forum where people can watch it from there.

On my forum - traffic from stumble has a 90% bounce rate. Traffic from youtube has an 18% bounce rate.
90% bounce rate aint even worth my time.
