I believe it's a redirect notice telling you that the link you clicked is sending you to aaa.com. If you don't want to visit that page then you may go back to your previous search

In other words, the info you want from that page is lost, it's no longer there or has been removed somewhere else that's why a redirect has been used to send you to a different site/page.
