You can actually just change the post count within the vBulletin ACP without actually restoring any old posts whatsoever. It's much easier than bringing back all the deleted data especially given the fact the database has changed during that time.

Can this be done for individual members? Say just Atom for example? In forum world, 32,000 posts is quite an accomplishment.
