That's a whole other different case that has long been over. But I think this Nevada case will show that O.J. went to jail trying to take back his own stolen property. Although his method of doing it was a little extreme, I don't think he should have been railroaded because of a separate closed case.
In America, a man is not suppose to be tried on the same case twice. It breaks the double jeopardy rule. I think the old case had a lot to do with his sentencing in the Nevada courts. They should have gave him 3 years probation like they do everyone else.
