I've moved my site to wordpress and some of my old indexed links don't work. I don't really want to loose incoming links and page rank. So ive read that I need to do a 301 redirect but not sure how.

My coding experience is... lets say zero.

Do I need to create a html page with the redirect code or do I smuch it somewhere in wordpress?

I tried putting this in my .htaccess file but i get an internal server error.

redirect 301

/old/rawgrip.com/Squat-Rx-video.html

http://www.rawgrip.com/squat-rx-video

P.S i need to do it for multiple pages.
