Question about Google PR rank

So, my design skills are way beyond my marketing and SEO skills. I have no idea what any of this stuff means, so here's my stupid question.

I have a site that comes up on the first page of Google for its 2 primary sets of keywords. It comes up on the first page several other times, but I wouldn't consider those search queries as keywords as they don't get more than maybe 10 hits a day.

So, according to Google, the local language search volume for one of the keywords is 60,500 per month and the other one is 33,100 per month.

So what do I consider my PR rank. Is that enough to declare it a PR1 (and is that good)?

The reason I ask, besides curiosity, is that I'm trying to get people to exchange links with me, and I want to make it seem appealing.

Thanks for your help.
