I guess you could be right about that. I do agree that he could have tried a better method for getting his memorabilia back. I even heard one of the guys they were questioning at gunpoint say "It wasn't me, but .... took your stuff O.J.". That statement was on the recorded conversation they were having in that wired room. That there says that they stole his memorabilia.

I just think that O.J. should have let the Cops get the stuff back, and not take the law into his own hands. I figure that he probably didn't trust cops after he was almost set up for a murder he did not commit the first time. I believe like you said, if he did that crime he wouldn't of been able to get in any more trouble. He'd already be jailed for murder.
Just this time, I hypothesize that they set O.J. up to railroad him. Since people still think that he committed murder. Hence, some still wanted to see him locked away for something the system never convicted him of. I truly think that the judgment of the Nevada court was compromised because of personal emotions. I think emotion can compromise the sound usage of those who rely on logic.
