C'mon guys, stop the hate. ): I can appreciate being pro-FF (I use it too) but lets not try and force change on people, it never ends well.

Bob, have you tried uninstalling flash? Once that's done, restart then go back to YouTube and follow the link through to install Flash again. Worth a shot.
