Hmmm... a health site, that's a good niche but very competitive.

You should first check if you've done proper optimization for your site. If you don't know SEO, then this would be the right time for you to start reading articles/tutorials about it.

After you're done with your On Page optimization, better start quickly with link building. It can increase your ranking for targeted keywords, the higher your ranking will be the higher the traffic you're gonna get. That's why a lot of people target "top1" in SERP.

Adding a blog or two can also help, there are lots of interesting health articles out there that can really drive traffic, and possibly sales, to a health site.
