There are tons of ways how one can bring traffic to their sites by creating blogs.
1. blog about the features of the site- if you would create a nice review or article about the site that you have, it could be a nice window from traffic that can get interested with what your site has to offer. you can also include special promos or discounts or any special event that is happening in your site in your blog post.
2. link your site in your blog - you can place a link of your site in your blog and label it something like "related website" or "best places to visit" and surely you will get a hit or two out of it.
- you can also place keywords on those links to help them gain more backlinks and increase its position in search engines.
- blogs and blog posts rank in search engines as well that is why having a link or two in the blog post will increase the chances of getting a visitor.
