Thanks to all the v7n help I've received in the past which has got me to this point. I have some content that I want to position in my html. In my external style I've defined a #wrapper. The new content (.leftcolumn,.centercolumn,.rightcolumn) will not fit inside the wrapper. this baffles me because the <h3> test and link above it are in the same <div> bu the text is inside the wrapper. I don't see anything that defines the <h3> test special that keeps it residing in the wrapper other that the <div>?? I've attached my styles sheet and my .htm.
