i looked into this solution (Indexscript), but i'm developing a feature that needs to be simpler from the back end. i basically want to be able to upload a file and it creates a link on a page automatically allowing the user to download the file. i would develop this myself, but i don't posses the coding abilities. is there is something available that more closely matches what i need?
