The difference between this two are on-camera/open to public while another one is private.
By the way if Prostitution will be legal, I'm afraid about STD or Sexual Transmitted Disease, it is non-curable disease, even you're not taking a sexual activities you're also acquired the STD especially AIDS or Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome.
