I don't recommend to host Tomcat with ServePath

I have not tried many host companies, so I cannot say how ServePath should be rated, but one thing that I can say for sure(unfortunately) is that ServePath is not the best place to host Tomcat. Quite frankly, sales representative(that I talked to) did not know about Tomcat; he simply did not know how to make a right order to enable Tomcat for customers. It's been taking 2 weeks+ since I initially requested to enable Tomcat for my server. Maybe they can handle other components such as PHP and Apache just Ok, but when it comes to Tomcat, they were unprepared.

I contacted one of sales representatives and asked about this problem a couple of hours ago; he said that the problem will be resolve within 24 hours, but I'll see ...

To be fair, I should make a couple of positive comments, right? It appears that there is a set of issues that they can handle fairly well but there is also a set of issues that they do not handle well, e.g. Tomcat. If you ask about an issue that they know, they can handle ok, and my guess is that they can handle common problems associated with php, apache configuration, email and so forth all right.

I have not heard too many horror stories, so maybe that's better than many hosts out there ...
