Their Down time is unbelievable everytime they said
2 hours = at least 4
6 hours = 30 hours

Please do not TRUST their ADV on PC magazine !
In my case, on June 30 they said they had a maintence for 6 hours, but
they have shut down my B2C web site for 50 hours ! MORE han 2 days!

I sent more than 10 tickets, 5 calls and 2 faxes, no body will tell you
when they can FIX, no body actually help you. The CS is just like a
pager service......never answer your actual question.

Even I said I will CHANGE hosting, they can say "It is up to you if you
want to LEAVE"
