Dolly, Do you have your server at server beach?
I only ask because I have experenced the exact same crap ever since getting my server over there. What I experence is not tied only to my server either. When it happens it happens for all of the servers I know that are hosted at SB. Repeated compalants always come back to the answer "It must be something on your end" and I know that a load of BS because many people have reported the same thign from all over the country.
