Another problem with Paypal - if they suspect that your account has been compromised - they can freeze the bank account that they deposit the money into until the situation is resolved. I always recommend that if someone opens up a Paypal account to sell goods or services - open up a bank account only for Paypal. When the money is deposited, move the money into your real account. This way if it does happen - you will still have your money. I had one friend in which Paypal froze her account for 6 months. Paypal finally realized that it was their error, but never apologized or anything.
They are an aggregator so they are under so much more scrutiny these days from Visa/Mastercard.
