PR depends on the amount of pages linked to the page not linked from the page.

Page has a PR not a site. So if 100 pages link to MyPage.html then PR will be the same no matter how many links to other pages on MyPage.html.

The distribution of that PR between links on the MyPage.html depends on how many links on the page.

If MyPage.html has PR = 6 and only one link to MyPage1.html then PR 6 will be transfered to MyPage1.html. But if MyPage.html has 1000 links to different pages then PR6 will be devided between those 1000 pages.
