I'm working on a resource site to help people understand RSS. It is at
http://www.rss-specifications.com there are tools under "display rss" that you might find helpful.
As far as our feed creation tool it will be called FeedForAll and should be in beta by mid-september. Please check
http://www.feedforall.com in the next few weeks for details (nothing is there yet).
