Hi, I did some redesigning on my website about a week and a half ago (not any major stuff though...background, pictures, the content is the same - actually added alot)....anyways, I didn't change any of filenames, etc. My problem is: my pages aren't even showing up in Google anymore?!?!?! My URL is
http://www.alftv.net (which is showing up, it's never an excellent ranking but it's there) but pages like
http://www.alftv.net/alfdvd.html ,
http://www.alftv.net/talkshow.html , and others like it aren't showing up at all (and they used to have top 5 rankings). Any ideas why Google would just drop them? I don't have any bad links (porn sites, etc.) or anything illegal which would make this happen. Any thoughts?
BTW: I did add META tags to my pages...they didn't have them before...would this cause Google to drop all those pages for some reason? I read in some previous posts (while searching) that part of optimizing your website for Google is experimenting, so I'm gonna try removing the META tags from one or two pages and see if there's any change.
