unique sign ups on web form
I managed to get someone who would get me minimum 100 sign ups for my opt in form on my blog. My only question is, is there a way that these sign ups are robots, might be from one person, or any other loophole that he is trying to cheat me for?
When i asked him, he said that i can check from the unique IP address. Would having 100 unique ip adress sign ups mean that these are real people?
