I'm seeing an increasing number of networks selling Run of Site text links that appear to have had their ability to transfer
PR/anchor text blocked.
Their clients don't seem to have been penalised as such, but their expensive link campaigns are useless.
One exception was a client indulging in a bit of cross/interlinking, the combination seems to have done for them...
