I have Photoshop CS4, but I usually use Microsoft's Picture Manager. I used it before I had Photoshop. It's only good to look at the pictures, crop and resize. You can do other things with it, but I don't. I think you need to have Microsoft Office. I think it's a plug-in, I can't remember.
