Well... different places... when I see one or some I like, I just save them on my HD and cut them out and gif them if need be (transparent bkg).
This one is from a smiley advertisement I noticed a couple of weeks ago that I hadn't seen previously... so I grabbed em cause I saw a few I liked.
You can find a lot of good ones on adult boards. If you ever actually decide to go smiley hunting, I would recommend starting at these places. Though the problem there is, you see the smilies after you hit "post reply", and if your not registered you see some text telling you that you need to register to post, instead of the smilies. I just use my sisters PW and username to access the smilies... so I don't have to register at any of them.. lol
