The hardest part about finding sales people is most will quit within the first week or two and leave you hanging.
I have been in sales for years and selling some of the hardest things to sell and so I understand what it takes, but I doubt you will find someone if you are looking online, the good sales people are probably already taken and most likely won't leave a great check for something that isn't almost guaranteed.
