I like the look and feel - clean and neat, yet bold. Techy - yet, not overwhelmingly so. I REALLY like your use of the logo throughout the site - very effective, and the gradients are rich and give a defined sense of balance in the layout.
One suggestion/question: are the boxes in the "items" sections placeholders or are they the shells for actual product images/descriptions? If you are planning on laying out multiple products like this, you may want to go with a more simplistic view - i.e. no boxes surrounding each product. Play around with tables to see if you can simplify the experience for viewers. In my experience - the fewer distractions, the better the click through rate. You've nailed a GREAT design here, it's worth trying to get rid of the boxes to clean it up a bit.
