How can you possibly get in trouble with SE's for buying traffic? If you advertise via popunders, interstitials etc why would a SE even care?
The site is worth probably $50-$75 unless you have some repeat customers in which case that price would go up. The traffic reseller account itself is worth $50. Do you have any type of member database, how many customers have you had?
