Lets say my site was a PR5 site,

Wouldn't i be better off focusing on trading a reciprical link with my PR5 page with another PR5 page on someone elses site?

rather than wasting time trading a links on my PR0 link page with someone elses PR0 link page, with tons of other links on that page diluting the effect of that link anyway?
