I don't know, I'm not a lawyer. I'm pretty sure they can deny any site for any reason.
Just remove that picture and then re-post it once you're approved.
I really have a strong dislike for Overture and their approval process.
That site pal thing is annoying. I had my speakers turned way up too. Could you imagine if I was at work w/ other people. I would remove that and the videos that play automatically. At least make it so people have to click on them.
