I don't they'd allow that as they state very clearly in their terms of service that you can use any "means" to encourage people to click the ads. For example I've seen alot of sites lately that use the "Sponsored Links" header just above the Adsense ads and that isn't allowed either as I emailed and asked them about that. You can't put "please visit our sponsors" or anything like that. They've told me that "anything" like this is against their terms of use/service.
