Muddy, i picked Dell mainly because i have one at home and only work on dell equipment (laptop and desktop) at work. One thing i like about Dell is that it's easy to replace the hardware without cutting up your fingers.
I've had good experience with support from Dell when i actually needed help. I'm happy with using Dell for my personal computer. If i had the money, i'd buy an alienware System.
