In response to Sam Wilson (at the top of this page), I can see a difference when I use Chrome. The interface is a lot less cluttered, something I appreciate greatly. It seems to be slightly faster as well although I'm not sure whether this is just me being biased.
My favourite thing about Chrome are the little touches that save time: being able to ctrl+l and search in the address bar, for example. Also I use Google's 'define:' function quite a lot, so being able to do that from the address bar rather than going to Google and doing it from there is great.
Dragging tabs out to make new windows is good too. I haven't been on FF for a while so I'm not sure whether they've incorporated this feature, but to be honest I haven't looked back since using Chrome.
