also, if you have ever used "Frontpage" you can get the same or better look then the templates at Network Solutions and edit them on your own. Plus most hosts can support frontpage extensions. Or you can upload without using frontpage extensions. Either way this is a great program for beginners or people just wanting to make a site with content.
