On a side note, If I were listed there I would contact their webhost as well..
It seems they are hosted by phpwebhosting.com which looks to just be a reseller of
http://theplanet.com/
So, I would email them and/or fax a statement of infringment to inform them of the infringing content on that site.
I'm very surprised that no one has done this yet. The web host is liable if they do not comply with the law if they are aware of the offence.
